Pastor Derick Faison

The Potter’s House of Fort Worth

Pastor Derick Faison, campus pastor of The Potter’s House of Fort Worth, serves as director of Christian education and ministerial affairs for The Potter’s House. In his service, Pastor Faison provides direct training, mentoring and motivation to more than 400 elders and ministers. He also equips future laymen and ministers with the education necessary for worldwide ministry.

Pastor Faison’s duties also include guidance and management for new member relations, volunteer services, premarital/marital counseling and crisis counseling.

Pastor Faison surrendered his life to Christ and was filled with the Holy Ghost at the age of 17 under the ministry of Bishop T. D. Jakes. Acknowledging the undeniable call on his life, Pastor Faison began preaching the Gospel in 1986. Ordained in 1993, Pastor Faison served as the national vice president for Higher Ground Assemblies. Afterward, Pastor Faison founded Perfecting Word Ministries in Newark, Delaware, and later assumed the position of senior instructor for The Lord’s Army Bible School in Wilmington, Delaware.

Pastor Faison is the founder and CEO of Derick Faison Ministries, an anointed ministry vehicle that ignites his desire to impact the Body of Christ worldwide through workshops and training seminars.

A devoted family man and father, Pastor Faison is married to the lovely Tanya Faison who shares the call to ministry.
